Getting Started

Download Healthoria from the App Store and create your profile. The app will guide you through setting up your health goals, dietary preferences, and tracking routines.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I track my meals? — Tap the + button on the home screen and search for a food item or scan a barcode.
  • Can I sync with Apple Health? — Yes. Go to Settings > Integrations and enable Apple Health sync.
  • How do I reset my progress? — Navigate to Settings > Data > Reset Progress. This action cannot be undone.
  • Is my data stored securely? — All data is stored locally on your device and encrypted. We do not sell or share your data.

Troubleshooting

  • App crashing on launch — Make sure you're running the latest version. Try restarting your device.
  • Notifications not working — Check Settings > Notifications and ensure Healthoria has permission to send alerts.
  • Data not syncing — Ensure you have an active internet connection and try pulling to refresh.
